Job Detail
- Operating a variety of equipment such as dozers, mini-excavators, and skid steers.
- Managing dirt, gravel, and other materials to ensure precise grading and elevation.
- Reading and interpreting site plans and performing minor layout tasks.
- Communicating progress and challenges with your supervisor throughout the project.
- Maintaining a clean, safe job site and adhering to all safety protocols.
- Essential Skills Qualifications Proven experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment.
- Ability to hold grade and establish elevation accurately.
- Basic understanding of general construction practices and dirt management.
- Comfortable using smartphones and tablets for job-related tasks.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
- Physically able to climb in and out of excavations (6–10 feet deep) and work in muddy conditions.
- Strong commitment to safety and proper incident reporting.
