Job Brief
Mayes and sons plumbing company is seeking motivated individuals to apply their skills in an opportunity in excavation for underground residential plumbing.
Salary Detail
Up to $42 an hour

Job Detail
- Installing and repairing underground plumbing systems (copper, pex, PVC, gas lines, etc.) with use of heavy machinery.
- Use of a mini excavator to expose utilities underground, backfill, load and unload from the trailer.
- Drive a utility vehicle and/or dump truck pulling a mini excavator on a trailer.
- Pipe fitting and in home plumbing – knowledge and skills in connecting service lines to in home plumbing systems and/or to main sewer or water lines.
- Added experience a plus:
- Experience with Concrete Mixer/Installation
- Operation of Jett and Hydro-Vac
- Drain Cleaning – running a snake, camera a
- Expectations of position:
- Lifting heavy objects up to 90lbs
- Clean driving record and pass drug testing.
- Communicating with coworkers, dispatch team and management to ensure overall success of the business.
- Be a model of courtesy, cleanliness and respect on every service call.
- Be on time, accurate and timely with time punch and documenting jobs.
- This is a PREVAILING WAGE position, 40 hours a week Monday through Friday. Our benefits include paid vacation, paid holidays, Health insurance, Dental and Vision insurance, use of company vehicles/machinery and uniform.
