$24.51 – $40.00 an hour

• About the Role
• Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as excavators, hydraulic shears, material handlers, and tracked loaders on demolition sites and within our scrap processing yard. Support safe, efficient project execution and help us exceed customer expectations.
• Key Responsibilities
• ● Safely operate demolition equipment, material loaders, shears, and related heavy machinery.
• ● Load, unload, move, sort, and process scrap and demolition materials.
• ● Conduct daily inspections of equipment and report maintenance issues promptly.
• ● Adhere to site safety protocols, environmental controls, and company policies.
• ● Coordinate with truck drivers and site crew for efficient material flow.
• ● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area meeting quality standards.
• Qualifications
• ● Minimum 2 years of heavy equipment operation experience in demolition, scrap processing, or construction.
• ● Valid equipment operation certification or the ability to obtain one.
• ● Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• ● Proven commitment to safety, integrity, and teamwork.
• ● Familiarity with demolition or scrap yard operations is a plus.

• Pay: $24.51 – $40 per hour
• Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
