Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Job Detail
  • Perform quantity takeoffs, create estimates, and produce detailed proposals.
  • Supervise and manage the Earthwork estimating team, ensuring performance and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Review bid documents, conduct job walks, and perform risk assessments.
  • Request, review, and evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Chief Estimator.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, cost controls, and scheduling requirements.
  • Present estimates effectively through excellent communication and negotiation skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience estimating heavy civil/earthwork projects.
  • Proven experience in mass excavation, structural excavation, and site grading.
  • Strong knowledge of project management and accounting principles.
  • Proficient in relevant estimating software and technology.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
