Job Detail
- Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, ducted and duct-less Heat pumps and duct work.
- Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings to accurately assemble and install HVAC systems.
- Perform welding and equipment repair tasks as needed to ensure system integrity and safety standards are met.
- Operate a vehicle safely to transport equipment or materials to job sites and maintaining a clean driving record.
- Document all work performed through detailed reports, including installation procedures, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
- Assist in training or mentoring junior technicians when required to promote team growth and knowledge sharing.
- Educating the client on how to use and maintain their equipment
- Work in a Team
- Experience
- 2+years experience as an installer within the HVAC industry.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.
