Job Detail
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, and refrigeration systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using tools such as ohmmeters and schematics to identify problems accurately.
- Perform repairs on ammonia refrigeration systems as needed.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards while performing all tasks.
- Document all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment for record-keeping purposes.
- Skills
- Proficient in HVAC installation and repair techniques.
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to plumb and build necessary components for HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Experience in appliance repair is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues.
