Job Detail
- Perform general maintenance, repair, and improvement work on residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot repair issues efficiently and accurately.
- Complete work to company quality and safety standards in a timely manner.
- Accurately price small to mid-sized jobs and prepare job cost estimates.
- Document work performed, materials used, and time spent for each job.
- Collect payments from customers upon job completion as needed.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding scope, timelines, and expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all job sites.
- Uphold safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members and office staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Required Skills Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years preferred) as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of general residential and commercial repair trades, including:
- Carpentry and drywall
- Painting and finishing
- Minor plumbing and electrical
- Door, window, and trim installation/repair
- General home improvement and maintenance tasks

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and basic tools.
- Safety-conscious and physically capable of performing manual tasks.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience pricing and managing small projects.
- Familiarity with mobile job management or time-tracking apps.
- Light plumbing or electrical license (a plus, but not required).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
