Job Detail
- Perform a wide range of residential and commercial repairs including:
- Door repair and hardware installation
- Minor plumbing (fixtures, pipe repairs, leaks)
- Minor electrical (switches, outlets, light fixtures)
- Carpentry, painting, and general maintenance
- Conduct preventative maintenance to identify issues early.
- Collaborate with property managers and clients to understand job needs.
- Use our mobile app to log hours, upload photos, track expenses, and record notes.
- Respond promptly to service requests and on-site emergencies.
- Represent Fixxa with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Basic Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude — you’re the go-to person for fixing things.
- Familiarity with basic tools and repair techniques.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects. physically able to handle repair work.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel (up to 25%).
- Preferred Qualifications
- No formal construction experience required — just the mindset and drive to learn.
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge (a plus).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in customer-facing roles (restaurant, retail, or service industry).
