Diploma in releted field is required
Job Detail
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Class E License
- Prior groundskeeping experience is helpful, but not required
- Positive service attitude toward team members, visitors, and customers
- Ability to use hand tools, power equipment and groundskeeping chemicals, including herbicides and pesticides in a safe and efficient manner
- Ability to hear and follow directions
- Ability to work independently
- Good verbal communication skills
- Flexibility, versatility and reliability as a team player
- Good hand/eye coordination
- Manual dexterity, coordination and skillful use of hands and feet for working with and on required equipment
- Ability to receive and express detailed information through oral communication
- Visual acuity and ability to read and understand writ10directions
- Ability to lift and carry large objects weighing up to 100lbs
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel and balance with ease
- Ability to tolerate working in outside weather conditions
- Ability to tolerate high noise levels and risks of electrical shock, burns and hazardous chemicals
