$19 – $21 an hour

Employment Achievements and Milestones is required

• Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, grinders, saws, and drills.
• Pressure wash building exteriors, walkways, driveways, and other common areas.
• Assist with light property maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, and structural repairs.
• Complete painting projects including prep work, taping, and touch-ups.
• Maintain landscaping through trimming, planting, weeding, and oversight of irrigation systems.
• Keep outdoor areas clean, organized, and free of debris or safety hazards.
• Maintain daily maintenance logs and provide updates to management.
• Support overall property upkeep, safety, and curb appeal.
• Qualifications
• Experience with landscaping tools, power equipment, and general property maintenance.
• Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, painting, and janitorial work.
• Gardening or irrigation experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

• Full-time position with standard 8-hour shifts.
