We’re looking for hardworking and dependable individuals to join our maintenance team and help keep our course in excellent condition.
Position Overview
As a Golf Course Maintenance Worker, you’ll assist with the daily upkeep and improvement of the golf course grounds. This role is hands-on and outdoors, involving mowing, landscaping, irrigation, and general groundskeeping duties. You’ll work closely with the superintendent and maintenance crew to ensure the course is maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate mowing, trimming, and edging equipment
Maintain greens, fairways, bunkers, and tee boxes
Assist with irrigation system maintenance and repairs
Perform routine landscaping tasks (raking, seeding, sodding, watering, etc.)
Set up and maintain course features (pins, tee markers, signs, etc.)
Keep maintenance areas clean and organized
Follow safety procedures and operate equipment responsibly
Qualifications
Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or golf course maintenance preferred (but not required — we’ll train the right person!
Physically able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
Valid driver’s license preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
