Job Detail
- Lead and supervise a team of landscape technicians to complete projects efficiently and to client specifications
- Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks based on team members’ skills and project requirements
- Operate and maintain various hand tools, power tools, and gardening equipment safely and effectively
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, irrigation setup, and garden care
- Oversee the installation and repair of irrigation systems and ensure proper functioning throughout the season
- Conduct routine inspections of work sites to ensure quality standards are met and safety procedures are followed
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress, concerns, or special requests
- Assist with training new team members on proper techniques, safety practices, and equipment use
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related outdoor maintenance fields
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, lawn care, gardening, and landscape maintenance techniques
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and gardening equipment safely
- Leadership skills with experience supervising or leading a team preferred
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods
- Pesticide applicators license for spraying fungicides and spreading fertilizer
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods

- Pay: $24 – $28 per hour
