We are hiring 2 experienced lead glaziers. Our company is growing fast and we are seeking out the right fit to join our already awesome team of 12 guys. We are looking for candidates who need minimal supervision and can be given a job to do with confidence and the ability to direct those with lesser experience. You must be fluent in glass fabrication. You must have experience installing showers and mirrors. You must be able to install windows, storefront, glass railing systems and doors. You should be well spoken, clean cut, dependable and have exceptional work ethic. Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field. You should have your own tools, (we provide expendable items needed for jobs as well as specialty tools). steel toe boots and pants are worn on all jobs. Company shirts will be provided. Must have absolute availability Monday through Friday 5:30 am to 3:00 pm. Hours vary depending on jobs and location. Most of our jobs are located in San Diego coastal regions, including Rancho Santa Fe and sometimes Orange County . We provide at minimum 40 hours per week with overtime as necessary for company needs. We are a high end residential service for the San Diego glass service industry that also provides specialty scopes of work. Additional skill sets are a bonus!
Position demands a valid drivers license. Pay is negotiable based on experience.
