Job Detail
- Install, service, and troubleshoot Generac standby generators (air-cooled and liquid-cooled units).
- Perform ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) installations and wiring.
- Conduct generator startup, testing, and commissioning per Generac standards.
- Diagnose generator engine, electrical, and control panel issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance, load testing, and warranty work.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and solve electrical issues efficiently on commercial and residential job sites.
- Mentor apprentices and share your expertise to help build the next generation of electricians.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Ensure every project reflects the standard of excellence our clients expect.
- What We’re Looking For
- Generac Certified Technician (Air-Cooled or Liquid-Cooled) – REQUIRED
- Texas Journeyman or Apprentice Electrician License preferred (Journeyman strongly preferred).
- Strong experience installing or servicing residential/commercial generators.
- Strong experience in commercial electrical work (residential a plus).
- Thorough knowledge of NEC standards and safe work practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- A team player with good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
