Job Detail
- Perform interior and exterior painting, including prep work, patching, priming, and finishing
- Repair and maintain walls, ceilings, trims, and other surfaces
- Match, mix, and apply paint, varnish, or other finishes
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate with property managers and residents in a professional manner
- Assist maintenance team with related tasks as needed
- Properly track materials used and maintain inventory
- Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional painting experience (residential or commercial)
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation and finishing techniques
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
