Framing Carpenter

Overview
We are a growing family owned shell contractor seeking a skilled and dedicated framing carpenter to join our construction team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of construction, including building erection, concrete forming, masonry, and carpentry.
Duties
Erect buildings and stud framing, woodworking, and trim carpentry techniques
Perform concrete forming, finishing, and related masonry tasks
Install rebar and execute concrete finishing with precision and attention to detail
Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently on-site
Read blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans
Assist with remodeling, restoration, and renovation projects across various sites
Conduct demolition or removal of existing structures when necessary
Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during construction activities
Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines
Requirements
Proven experience in construction site work with skills in building erection, masonry, carpentry, concrete, or related trades
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and read blueprints
Experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, siding or remodeling projects preferred
Strong knowledge of construction management principles is a plus
Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to safety standards
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
Reliable transportation is a must!

Pay: $24.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
