Overview we are a growing family owned shell contractor seeking a skilled and dedicated framing carpenter to join our construction team.
Salary Detail
$24 – $35 an hour

Job Detail
- Erect buildings and stud framing, woodworking, and trim carpentry techniques
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and related masonry tasks
- Install rebar and execute concrete finishing with precision and attention to detail
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently on-site
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans
- Assist with remodeling, restoration, and renovation projects across various sites
- Conduct demolition or removal of existing structures when necessary
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during construction activities
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines
- Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site work with skills in building erection, masonry, carpentry, concrete, or related trades
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and read blueprints
- Experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, siding or remodeling projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles is a plus
- Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to safety standards
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Reliable transportation is a must!
