based in san francisco, we are a seed-funded startup backed by andreessen horowitz, tackling one of the biggest problems in healthcare: pharma. our goal is give hundreds of thousands of patients access to life-saving medicine. we coming out of stealth and already have locked in contracts to put us over $1.5 million in arr. we’re now in growth mode and looking for founding engineers who are excited to build ai agents that conduct over 100,000 conversations every month.. what you’ll do

Job Detail
- Train a proprietary ML model that matches detailed patient profiles using real-world outcomes to learn what actually qualifies and enrolls patients
- Deploy LLMs across voice, SMS, and email while keeping conversations natural and personalized
- Integrate with legacy healthcare systems that don’t play nicely with modern APIs
- Work across our stack: Python, React, Next
- js, AWS
- experience with our stack is a nice to have but not required
