about usparcel club is a marketplace democratizing access to real estate investing.our founding team combines:. jess: real-estate industry relationships, strategy, operations mastery, partnerships, gtm execution.kallie: former engineer, product manager, and eng leader focused on product/technology strategy, ux, and company strategy.. we’re two friends who love to build things that matter and believe work can be joyful, creative, and human. we bring humor, care, and deep respect into everything we do and we’re looking for someone who wants to co-create something meaningful with us.real estate remains one of the largest untapped opportunities for digital transformation. we’re building a platform that makes owning a portfolio of curated single-family properties as simple as buying shares online. we’ve validated the model, designed the core experience, and now need a kind, high-integrity builder to bring the mvp to life with us, not for us.. role overviewwe’re looking for a scrappy but thoughtful full-stack engineer to join us as an extension of our founding team. you’ll be hands-on shipping code daily, making architectural calls, and collaborating directly with us in a tight-knit, high-trust rhythm.. this starts as a contract-to-hire trial (6 – 10 weeks, part- or full-time), with the potential to grow into a founding engineer or technical co-founder role if there’s strong alignment by spring 2026.we move fast but lead with kindness and clarity. you’ll get feedback quickly, celebrate wins often, and have a real seat at the table shaping both product and culture.. what you’ll do
- Own MVP build end-to-end using React, Vite, and Supabase to deliver our first user-facing experience
- Collaborate closely with our product co-founder on UX, architecture, and feature prioritization
- Balance speed and quality: build quickly, refactor intelligently, and keep it clean
- Integrate lightweight AI-enabled tools (for data parsing, automation, or UX acceleration)
- Maintain open communication on progress, blockers, and timelines
- Help us lay the groundwork for a scalable, modular platform that feels effortless to use

Who You Are A full-stack generalist (React, Node/TypeScript, SQL, Supabase/Postgres) - An AI literate builder : you move fast, embrace ambiguity, and love creating things that work beautifully, leveraging new tools, technologies and workflows to improve efficiency
