Job Detail
- Lead and instruct Crews to produce an excellent and profitable product
- Emphasize safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear and procedures.
- Be our onsite ambassador to our client, always providing high-quality customer service.
- Teach and train crewmembers and subcontractors as needed
- Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicles.
- Create an anticipated project schedule (critical path) in advance of project commencement, that includes adjusting schedule based on production realities and verifying material lead times and purchase orders to maintain efficient schedule.
- Daily communication with the Production Manager on the progress of the project, including any customer concerns, problems, delays, materials needed, etc.
- Forecast equipment, labor, and material needs to ensure efficient production.
- Attend training classes, seminars and customer meetings as requested by managers.
- Experience:
- 5+ years Residential Construction Experience (Required)
- Crew management experience (Required)
- Specialized Skills:
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR, willing to provide a copy of.
- Must be self-motivated and possess strong leadership skills.
- Must be professional in appearance and actions.
- Must be detail oriented and quality driven.
- Must be able to lift 100+ lbs, stand for extended periods of time, and work in varied weather conditions.
- Must be well organized with strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and problem-solve.
- Bilingual preferred (not required).
- Hours: Hours vary and are dependent on business needs. Weekends may be needed to satisfy the work load.
