• Automotive technician experience (Ford experience preferred but not required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to perform maintenance, light repair, diagnostics, and recall work
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures
• Ability to use Ford IDS/FDRS diagnostic software (training provided)
• Certification Training Requirements
• Must complete all Ford-required training and certifications, including: Ford STARS training
• Ford Mobile Service training modules
• Ford diagnostic and electrical training
• Ongoing Ford web-based and in-person training as released Willingness to maintain and update certifications as Ford standards evolve
• Professional Requirements
• High level of independence, accountability, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work outdoors, on the road, and in various environments
• Strong organizational habits to maintain a clean and efficient mobile service van
