  • This is a relocation opportunity in Raleigh, NC

    Position Summary:

         We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service Technician to join our team
  • This role involves traveling to customer sites to diagnose and repair fire alarm system issues
  • The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to work independently and efficiently


  •  Key Responsibilities:

         Diagnose and resolve fire alarm system issues
  • Troubleshoot and repair circuit faults, including ground faults and open circuits
  • Replace malfunctioning devices and panel components
  • Modify fire alarm programming as needed
  • Communicate findings and solutions to customers
  • Complete detailed documentation for each service call
  • Coordinate with the Service Manager to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Deliver excellent customer service to maintain high satisfaction levels

    Qualifications:

         Minimum of 4 years of experience in fire alarm service
  • Familiarity with various fire alarm panels (Gamewell FCI, Firelite, Silent Knight preferred)
  • Experience programming fire alarm panels
  • NICET Fire Alarm Systems certification preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

    Job Type & Location

         This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charleston, SC


  • Pay And Benefits

         The pay range for this position is $28
  • 00 – $38
  • 00/hr
