Job Detail
- JOB: Experienced fully tooled Trim carpenter/pick up/ punch list man needed
- LUXURY HOME BUILDER — MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM HIGH END WORK.
- ** PART-TIME — START IMMEDIATELY **
- Most work can be performed after hours and or weekends
- Job Scope:
- Baseboard install
- Hang and case doors door
- hardware bath hardware
- Crown molding
- Simple cabinet install
- panelized wood fluting install
- install light fixtures (optional)
- drywall repair
- minor tile install / repair (optional)
- Misc. punch list items
- $45 / hour or mini piece contracts
- Job Type: Part-time
- Pay: Up to $45 per hour
- Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
- Work Location: In person
