Position: Finish Carpenter Installer

Job summary join our dynamic team as a finish carpenter, where your craftsmanship will shine! in this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality finish carpentry work that enhances the aesthetic and functional aspects of residential and commercial spaces.

$18 – $25 an hour

Employment Achievements and Milestones is required

• Execute trim carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture installation with precision and skill.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure seamless project integration.
• Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work as needed for various projects.
• Engage in remodeling tasks including flooring installation, tile laying, and siding application.
• Conduct water damage restoration and mold remediation efforts to restore spaces to their original condition.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in finish carpentry with a strong portfolio showcasing your craftsmanship.
• Proficiency in construction estimating, trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and woodworking techniques.
• Familiarity with construction site practices and the ability to lift heavy materials as required.
• Strong understanding of plastering, caulking, stucco application, and construction painting.
• Experience with metal stud framing, CNC machining, assembly processes, plumbing, roofing, and electrical work is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
