Job Summary

Responsibilities
Execute trim carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture installation with precision and skill.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure seamless project integration.
Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work as needed for various projects.
Engage in remodeling tasks including flooring installation, tile laying, and siding application.
Conduct water damage restoration and mold remediation efforts to restore spaces to their original condition.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
Proven experience in finish carpentry with a strong portfolio showcasing your craftsmanship.
Proficiency in construction estimating, trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and woodworking techniques.
Familiarity with construction site practices and the ability to lift heavy materials as required.
Strong understanding of plastering, caulking, stucco application, and construction painting.
Experience with metal stud framing, CNC machining, assembly processes, plumbing, roofing, and electrical work is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
