Description
TEKsystems is looking for a Field Technician to assist a client, in the Charleston area, facilities- This role will support very central locations in the area with a team to support
- This position is crucial to keep the infrastructure up for outages and customer needs
Top Skills’ Details
Working knowledge of fiber circuits, MPLS and other LAN/WAN data circuits
Skilled in the termination and troubleshooting of various cabling types to include fiber
Knowledge of fiber terminations, data circuits, 48V and 135Vdc power plants
Experience with DC plant systems, LAN and wireless testing, fiber optic test equipment, and various cabling types
Familiarity with cable identification, terminating cables, and Channel Banks
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Electrical/Electronic experience and SCADA knowledge are a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing

This is a Contract position based out of Charleston, SC
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35- 00 – $40
- 00/hr
