Job Detail
  • Provide desk side and remote technical support for end-users
  • Work and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with hardware deployment and distribution across the country
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 11, Office 365, Intune, and Active Directory
  • Follow imaging and deployment procedures for new hardware
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support tasks and hardware inventory
  • Deliver proactive customer service to internal stakeholders and teams
    Qualifications 2–3 years of IT support experience
  • 5 years in a customer service environment
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficient in:
  • Windows 11
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Azure
  • Active Directory
  • Imaging and deployment processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Microsoft Certification (preferred but not required)
    Nice to Have Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team
  • Experience in collaborating across departments or locations
  • Relevant IT certifications or technical training ~
