- What You’ll Do
- Travel to customer sites (industrial plants, hospitals, and schools) across the region.
- Maintain air filtration systems and HVAC components for better air quality.
- Follow strict safety and quality standards — your work keeps people healthy.
- Use digital tools and mobile apps to document work accurately.
- Learn the trade under experienced supervisors and earn certifications.
- Represent Carolina IAQ with professionalism and pride.

- What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and work at heights in a harness
- Willing to travel occasionally
- Reliable, drug-free, and professional in appearance and attitude
- Previous route, field service, or mechanical experience is a plus
