Job Detail
- Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory
- Foster strong customer relationships and inspire loyalty through professional and reliable service adhering to safety standards.
- Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements by conducting thorough inspections, timely maintenance, and accurate paperwork completion.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Skills and Qualifications: Service mindset and passion for seeking customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must enjoy coffee, tasting
- Smartph1proficiency for inventory management, scheduling, and other tasks.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
