Job Detail
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Identify project resources, including personnel, budgets, and materials. Team Leadership Provide clear direction and daily guidance to crews and subcontractors.
- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve project milestones and goals.
- Proactively resolve conflicts and maintain team alignment. Project Execution Oversee field implementation and ensure adherence to project plans.
- Track progress against milestones and manage resources effectively.
- Monitor budgets, labor, and equipment utilization to minimize waste and cost. Communication Management Act as the primary liaison between clients, field teams, and stakeholders.
- Deliver timely and accurate progress updates and reports.
- Conduct regular project meetings to maintain visibility and accountability. Change Management Evaluate change requests and assess their impact on scope, budget, and schedule.
- Implement approved changes while maintaining alignment with project objectives.
- Communicate and document all project adjustments clearly and efficiently. Closure and Evaluation Prepare final reports, closeout documentation, and project summaries.
- Finalize financials, release resources, and obtain client acceptance.
- Capture lessons learned to support continuous improvement across future projects. Requirements AutoCAD: Basic proficiency
- Microsoft Office Suite: Basic proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word, Project)
- Work Management Systems: Familiarity with digital project or asset management tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across field and office environments
