Job Detail
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
  • Identify project resources, including personnel, budgets, and materials. Team Leadership Provide clear direction and daily guidance to crews and subcontractors.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to achieve project milestones and goals.
  • Proactively resolve conflicts and maintain team alignment. Project Execution Oversee field implementation and ensure adherence to project plans.
  • Track progress against milestones and manage resources effectively.
  • Monitor budgets, labor, and equipment utilization to minimize waste and cost. Communication Management Act as the primary liaison between clients, field teams, and stakeholders.
  • Deliver timely and accurate progress updates and reports.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to maintain visibility and accountability. Change Management Evaluate change requests and assess their impact on scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Implement approved changes while maintaining alignment with project objectives.
  • Communicate and document all project adjustments clearly and efficiently. Closure and Evaluation Prepare final reports, closeout documentation, and project summaries.
  • Finalize financials, release resources, and obtain client acceptance.
  • Capture lessons learned to support continuous improvement across future projects. Requirements AutoCAD: Basic proficiency
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Basic proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word, Project)
  • Work Management Systems: Familiarity with digital project or asset management tools
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across field and office environments
