Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fiber Optic Technician at Nuphoton Technologies, Inc- located in Murrieta, CA
- The Fiber Optic Technician will be responsible for Fiber splicing of various fibers (single mode, doped fibers and MM fibers), fiber management and product testing
- Build and test fiber lasers/EDFA as per the Optical Schematic and test for product spec using optical power meter, Optical Spectrum Analyzer and Scopes
Willing to train – entry-level position
Skills: organize, detail oriented and ability to work with limited supervision, familiar with fiber splicing and handling of fiber
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Based on Experience
Pay: $17- 50 – $19
- 50 per hour
Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay
