Job Detail
- Perform general maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, painting, etc.).
- Keep equipment and facilities clean and in good working order.
- Maintain records of repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Assist with scheduling and completing work orders.
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and regulations.
- Provide friendly, professional service to all guests and staff.
- Participate in daily and weekly team meetings.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Skills Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Certificate or experience in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated and able to lead by example.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams).
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, etc.).
- Able to work in varying weather conditions.

- Pay: $20 – $28 per hour
- Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
