- Perform routine building maintenance tasks, including basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and light electrical work
- Assist in preventative maintenance programs for equipment and systems
- Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Help maintain grounds by mowing lawns, removing snow, and performing basic landscaping
- Report safety hazards, damaged equipment, or maintenance issues to supervisors
- Have Fun and Enjoy What you do!! Skill Set Great Attitude and a Team Player
- Previous experience in general maintenance, construction or handyman work
- Knowledgeable with various electrical and plumbing components
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
- Work in indoor / outdoor conditions
- Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid drivers license as this role does require some travel to other locations as needed
