Job Detail
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to mitigate equipment downtime.
- Perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics to identify issues with equipment used in manufacturing.
- Disassemble, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment based on layout plans, blueprints, operating manuals, or technical drawings.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to facilitate successful process improvements.
- Monitor equipment performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize production efficiency.
- Rebuild manufacturing equipment as required.
- Adhere rigorously to safety protocols and ensure the maintenance of a clean work environment. Minimum Qualifications: Willingness to adapt to varying job responsibilities and shift assignments, including night shifts.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off). capable of standing for extended periods and lifting heavy equipment.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient understanding of AC/DC and digital electronics circuits, including foundational knowledge of electricity. Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree in a relevant field, progress toward a STEM-related degree, equivalent military training, or pertinent work experience.
- Practical proficiency in mechatronics, robotics, fundamentals of electricity, technical writing, electrical power and machinery, or statics.
- Prior experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Automotive ASE Certifications.
