Master)~~ Build AWI Premium-grade commercial casework from raw sheets to finished masterpieces~ Run table saws, sliding saws, edgebanders, CNC routers, shapers, wide-belt sanders, and the full suite of professional shop tools like a pro~ Interpret architectural drawings and turn them into flawless reality~ Assemble with precision using dados, dowels, confirmats, pocket screws, and high-end European hardware~ Work with veneer, HPL, solid surface, and solid wood on projects people walk past and say “WOW”~ Hit aggressive schedules without ever sacrificing quality — because our name is on it~~ Who Thrives Here~~ 5+ years proven commercial millwork shop experience~ Zero-drama, high-character, honest, and dependable~ Naturally self-motivated — you don’t need some1standing over you~ Positive attitude that lifts the whole shop~ Coachable and eager to learn new techniques, software, and leadership skills~ Clean driving record and reliable transportation (occasional local runs between shop and install sites)~ Can easily lift 75 lbs over their head 1handed and keep up with a fast (but rewarding) pace~~ Bonus Points~~ CNC experience (Weeke, Homag, Biesse, SCM)~ Microvellum or Cabinet Vision knowledge~ Solid surface fabrication~ AWI / CWCA certification~~ What You Get~~ $15–$27/hr starting (very top performers quickly hit $30+ with overtime and raises)~ Regular overtime (50+ hour weeks common — paid at time-and-a-half)~ 4 Paid holidays~ Year-round steady work — no layoffs, ever~ Free leadership and management training~ Clear path to Learn~ Work with owners who actually care and invest in good people~~ Schedule~ Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM startOvertime and occasional Saturdays when we’re crushing big projects (and getting paid for it) If You’re Still Reading……you’re probably the exact person we want.
