Job Brief
Looking for experienced master trim carpenter / shop lead (minimum 6 years experience)we are seeking a seasoned, hands-on master trim carpenter ready to step into a shop lead role at mbrk cabins.
Salary Detail
$19 – $31 an hour

Job Detail
- Lead Trim and Finish: Direct and execute all finish carpentry, including installing custom doors, windows, millwork, and high-end cabinetry with precision.
- Quality Control Mentoring: Set the quality pace for the final assembly stage and actively mentor junior carpenters on advanced finishing techniques and blueprint interpretation.
- Inter-Trade Collaboration: Work directly with the Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing teams to ensure precise cut-outs and integration around all utility systems.
- Blueprint Execution: Proficiently read and interpret complex shop drawings and construction blueprints to execute custom client specifications.
- Cross-train with other teams, gaining valuable hands-on experience in our full factory build process, from framing to final inspection.
- Ensure the work environment is clean, efficient, and meets all safety standards.
- Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of verifiable experience in precision trim carpentry, custom cabinet installation, or high-end residential finishing.
- Proven ability to lead or supervise a small crew in a construction or shop environment.
- Highly Desirable: Familiarity or hands-on experience with basic residential electrical, HVAC, and/or plumbing installation is a significant asset.
- Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills for team instruction and coordination.
- Ability to perform physical construction tasks for extended periods.
