- $25–$30/hr base pay + unlimited footage-based incentive pay (top installers take home well above average)

- Operate and maintain specialized aluminum-forming and cutting equipment
- Work outdoors on ladders and lifts, following strict safety standards
- Track materials, tools, and jobsite inventory
- Partner with a supportive crew that values teamwork, quality, and efficiency
