Job Brief
Job overview we are seeking a dynamic and skilled commercial & residential service plumber with a strong focus on plumbing systems for commercial and residential settings and backflow testing, repair and install.

$1,500 – $2,500 a week

Job Detail
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential properties, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute plumbing layouts accurately are a bonus.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and drain cleaning equipment.
- Perform service tasks such as fixture replacements, pipe rerouting, and system upgrades with precision.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify leaks, blockages, or potential issues before they escalate.
- Collaborate with homeowners, property management, and property owners.
- Operate construction site equipment safely while adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Read schematics and technical manuals to ensure proper installation and maintenance procedures are followed..
- Lift heavy materials safely during installation or repair work while maintaining proper ergonomic practices.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed for project documentation.
- Support team members in assembly tasks or maintenance person duties as needed to ensure project completion on schedule.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in construction/ service plumbing within commercial or residential environments. prior site experience is highly valued.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately is a bonus.
- Proficiency using hand tools (wrenches, pliers), power tools (drills, saws), and specialized equipment (pipe threaders, drain cleaning equipment, ect.).
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise installations.
- Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred for travel between job sites.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or confined spaces when required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting plumbing issues quickly and effectively.
