Job Detail
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including patching, sanding, and priming.
- Paint interiors and exteriors of apartments and common areas.
- Perform drywall repairs and touch-ups as needed.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in clean and safe condition.
- Work with the maintenance team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience, preferably in property management or residential settings.
- Strong knowledge of paint types, surface preparation, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
- Must be dependable and professional.
