Job Brief
Job overview we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented painter to join our painting and renovation team.
Salary Detail
$20 – $22 an hour

Job Detail
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, plastering, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, spray equipment (including airless paint spraying), and power tools.
- Read blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications and ensure accurate application of finishes.
- Lead a team of experienced painters and assistant painters.
- Use hand tools such as scrapers, putty knives, caulking guns, and carpentry tools for surface preparation and finishing touches.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste properly.
- Collaborate with project managers to estimate materials needed and adhere to project timelines.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site at all times.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential painting, commercial painting, construction painting,
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in painting and surface preparation.
- Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety standards is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent craftsmanship skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Must have a reliable vehicle to get to work locations.
