$80,000 – $200,000 a year

• Tool reimbursement program KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Troubleshooting and resolving issues with heating and air conditioning equipment
• Repairing residential and light commercial systems
• Performing preventative maintenance
• Maintaining professional customer communication
• Providing equipment upgrade and replacement recommendations when appropriate
• HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of experience
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems
• Availability to participate in an on-call rotation
• Customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• Preferred Qualifications
• NATE certification
• 5+ years of experience – eligible for sign-on bonus
