- Deliver high-level service with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
- Work with dispatchers and service manager to execute service calls and complete jobs efficiently.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients and coworkers.
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and service vehicles.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of HVAC systems.
- Good presentation skills with customers, not afraid to sell Requirements: 8+ years of HVAC service experience (residential and light commercial).
- Strong troubleshooting skills. able to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Experience with boilers and chillers is a strong advantage.
- IAQ systems knowledge is a major plus.
- Candidate can operate efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Applicable state licenses
