Salary Detail
$25 – $37 an hour

Job Detail
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial equipment without supervision, including the completion of maintenance checklists in full.
- Diagnose most system problems, recommend repairs, and perform service and repairs with precision.
- Begin to troubleshoot equipment issues, make informed repair or replacement decisions.
- Demonstrate a willingness to accept responsibility and undertake leadership roles when necessary.
- Direct, train, instruct, and oversee less experienced technicians to cultivate a knowledgeable team.
- Understand and communicate the benefits of preventative maintenance to both team members and customers.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and effectively communicate explanations of problems, solutions, and the benefits of service to customers and coworkers. Requirements Proven experience and qualifications confirming competency as an experienced Heating and Air Service Technician.
- Own a complete set of tools required for all maintenance and service tasks.
- Possess basic customer service skills with the ability to explain technical details and service needs to customers and colleagues effectively.
- Must meet all qualifications for performing advanced diagnostic techniques and repairs.
