Job summary we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated experienced epoxy floor installer to join our dynamic construction team.

Job Detail
- Prepare surfaces meticulously by cleaning, grinding, and repairing concrete substrates to ensure optimal adhesion of epoxy coatings
- Mix and apply epoxy resins, primers, sealers, and topcoats with precision, following project specifications and schematics
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for surface preparation, application, and finishing processes
- Conduct water damage restoration tasks, including moisture testing, surface drying, and repair work, to restore flooring integrity
- Apply caulking and sealants around edges or joints to ensure waterproofing and seamless finishes
- Execute remodeling tasks, including drywall repair, painting touch-ups, or concrete finishing to support flooring installation projects
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris responsibly, and adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Requirements
- Proven experience in epoxy flooring installation
- Proficiency with hand tools such as grinders, trowels, mixers, caulking guns, as well as power tools, including drills and polishers
- Knowledge of surface preparation, mixing, and application techniques.
- Ability to operate construction equipment safely and efficiently on various job sites
- Strong understanding of floor care practices, including buffing, sealing, and maintenance procedures
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients effectively
- Valid driver’s license
