Job Detail
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, and line cooling
- Work independently in the field – but stay tight with dispatch, parts, and fellow techs
- Use work-order video on every job to document, educate, and build trust
- Close the loop on quotes, clearly explaining issues and solutions to keep customers informed
- Leave every job site better than you found it Must-Haves 3+ years commercial HVAC/R field experience with solid troubleshooting
- Comfortable running after-hours and weekend emergency calls when it’s your turn on-call
- Professionalism and clear customer communication
- Brings a “whatever it takes” attitude to the job site
- Can work independently, but knows how to tag-team when the situation calls for it
- Treats customers with respect, keeps them informed, and makes their problem your mission
- EPA Certification Nice-to-haves CFESA, OEM certs. hot-side exposure
