Job Detail
- Performing diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify issues and make necessary repairs.
- Conducting routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
- Inspecting vehicle computer and electronic systems to identify issues and troubleshoot malfunctions.
- Repairing or replacing malfunctioning components, parts, and systems (e.g, engines, transmissions, brakes, exhausts).
- Conducting thorough vehicle inspections and test drives to ensure proper functioning and identify potential problems.
- Using specialized tools and equipment to accurately diagnose vehicle issues.
- Providing accurate cost estimates for repairs and communicating them to customers.
- Explaining repair procedures and findings to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- Following industry safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry advancements and participating in training programs. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an Auto Technician with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, mechanics, and repairs.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Ability to accurately interpret and follow technical manuals and diagrams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- ASE certifications are strongly preferred. Benefits
