$22.07 – $26.58 an hour

Work Successes is required

• Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing materials
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment needed for daily tasks
• Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and masons by providing necessary tools and materials promptly
• Operate basic construction equipment under supervision and ensure proper safety procedures are followed at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during all activities
• Assist with site inspections and report any hazards or issues to supervisors immediately
• Support the team in completing project milestones on time by performing various manual labor tasks as assigned
• Experience
• Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required. training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Basic understanding of construction site safety protocols and practices is a plus
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately and communicate effectively with team members
• Reliable attendance record and punctuality are essential for success in this role
