Equipment Operator / Yard Associate – 2nd Shift

We’re hiring reliable night-owls to keep our yard running smooth after hours! No fancy titles—just show up ready to work and learn.
What you’ll do:
– Operate basic equipment like skid steers, forklifts, and loaders to move materials around the yard
– Load/unload trucks and organize inventory
– Perform daily checks and light maintenance on machines
– Assist with general yard cleanup and closing tasks
What we’re looking for:
-_ Valid driver’s license_
– Ability to work outdoors in all weather (including evenings)
– Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs
– Experience with skid steers or similar is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
– Safety-first mindset
We provide most safety gear.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.28 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
Work Location: In person
