Qualifications
Diploma.
Job Detail
- Operates graders pipe cleaning machines.
- Operates various light to heavy duty trucks other road repair and maintenance equipment.
- Performs manual labor assists in the construction and maintenance of roads.
- Sprays herbicides.
- Assists with snow ice removal.
- Flags for traffic control.
- Assists in the installation of pipes pipelines.
- Trains other operators. and
- Performs other related work as required.
- Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- 2 years of experience in highway maintenance operations/heavy equipment operations.
- Valid Class “B” Commercial Driver’s License with Air Brake Endorsement.
- Valid DOT Physical Card.
- Ability to obtain the following certifications: Homeland Security, Herbicide Spraying, Forklift, Flagger, CPR First Aid, Fire Extinguisher Roadside Tree Expert
- Willingness to be on call 24/7 for emergency situations.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
