- Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, You will ensure the machinery operates continuously and efficiently in order to maintain high productivity levels. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented. Must know how to use a laser to shoot grade, build house pads, and operate a dozer, track hoe, and a skid steer for clearing purposes. Must have 3-5 years experience. Salary based upon years of experience. Responsibilities Perform routine safety and maintenance checks prior to each production cycle.
- Feed raw materials through machines
- Monitor output to ensure it meets quality control standards
- Maintain detailed records of activity logs, defective units, and final products
- Qualifications High school diploma/GED
- Technical certification or degree is preferred but not required
- Previous experience as a machine operator is preferred
- Familiarity with industrial machinery and production procedures is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods
